Sephora Chic Nail Prints

Who has time to paint their nails, apply a second coat, and then wait for them to dry? Sephora in collaboration with O•P•I and Minx nails is offering a way of doing your nails that is mess free and not as time consuming. The product is called, Sephora by O•P•I and it’s a set of precut prints for your nails.

Dress your nails up for any ocassion. There’s a ton of designs to choose from, whether you want cheetah, stars, chrome or lace; all eyes will be on your nails. The application is heat activated and come in a pack of 16. All you have to do is smooth it onto your nails using your fingers and cut and file as desired. It brings a variety of sizes allowing you to even apply it on your nails. For $15 a pack I’d say it’s worth the try.

Julia Roberts Face of Lancome Paris

Julia Roberts was named the face of the new LANCOME earlier this year. Is there really anything this “Pretty Woman” won’t look good in; it’s no wonder she’s the perfect candidate. Roberts is a classic beauty whether she’s a blond, brunette or a redhead, she’s been able to pull off just about every look. Her first ad campaign is for their Definicils Precious Cells Mascara.

I’m all about mascara. Other than bronzer, it’s a daily must and makes a difference in your look. Mascara has the power to open up your eyes, give you fuller lashes, and add a little something extra for a huge difference. Definicils mascara has a very rich formula and goes on wet, so you have to wait for it to dry if you’re adding any other eye make-up. The formula also goes on a jet black. Lancôme claims it will be able to regenerate health into the life of lashes, as well as thicken and lengthen them. This mascara sounds like it’ll be perfect to create bold looks.

Touch Up Your Roots Without the Mess

Have you ever wished you could touch-up your roots without the loss of time and the mess? Touch-ups are time consuming and whether you do them at home or the salon, you’ll need to set a good amount of time for it aside. Sometimes we don’t have all that time. There are products you can actually use to hide those nasty roots and give you a little extra time before you’re scheduling your next hair appointment. MimicColor is a powdery color you apply with a brush or fingertips. This works by blending in with the rest of your color and it won’t smudge off. The before and after pictures look convincing, but I’m kind of skeptical on how great a powder will cover up roots. They come in four different shades and are supposed to blend even if it isn’t an exact match to your color. This is one of those products I’d have to try and see to believe.

If you’re not really buying the powder touch up try OSCAR BLANDI’s Pronto Colore Root Touch-Up & Highlighting Pen. It looks more like a lip-gloss than anything else. Although this comes in light liquid form, it contains no peroxide or ammonia. Both products wash out the next time you shampoo. If there’s one thing I’m careful about its skin and hair. Anything that will give a couple more days before I need a touch-up (without the harmful chemicals) is worth the try.
